At A Good Morning Tree Service, we understand that plans can change. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can lead to wasted time, fuel, and resources. To ensure fairness and cover our expenses, we have implemented this cancellation policy.
Free Estimates
We are pleased to offer free estimates for our services. However, this offer is contingent upon customers providing timely notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
While estimates are free, please note that our consultations provide significant value. A typical arborist consultation starts at $100.
Cancellation Fees
To ensure we can continue offering free estimates, we must strictly enforce these cancellation fees.
- Within 24 Hours of Appointment:
Cancellations of estimates or work made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $25. - Within 2 Hours of Appointment:
If you cancel or do not answer or return our confirmation call within a 2-hour window before the appointment, a cancellation fee of $45 will be charged. - On-Site Cancellations:
If a crew has already arrived on-site and you cancel, a fee of $250 will be charged. If work has already commenced and you cancel, you will be charged for the portion of the work that has been completed.
Deposits
For services requiring a deposit, a 48-hour notice is required to cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit.

Please make sure to communicate any changes to your schedule as soon as possible. We value your time and ours and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Video/Photo Consultations
For your convenience, we also offer video or photo consultations. If you are unsure whether you can be present for a confirmed in-person appointment, this option allows us to assess and discuss your needs remotely.
