Why These Policies Are Important
- Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy and fees are in place to cover the costs associated with last-minute changes. When an appointment is canceled on short notice, it can lead to wasted time, fuel, and missed opportunities to serve other customers. By enforcing these fees, we can continue offering free estimates and maintain the high level of service you expect from us.
- Deposits
For certain services, we require a deposit to confirm your commitment. If you need to cancel, we ask for a 48-hour notice so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly. This policy ensures that our resources are used efficiently and that we can continue offering quality services to all our clients.
- On-Site Cancellations
Once our crew has arrived on-site, significant costs have already been incurred. The higher cancellation fee in these situations helps cover those costs. If work has already begun, we charge for the portion of work completed to compensate our team fairly for their time and effort.
- Free Estimates
We offer free estimates as a courtesy to our clients, recognizing that it’s an important part of the decision-making process. However, it’s important that clients provide timely notice if they need to reschedule or cancel, allowing us to reallocate our resources effectively.
- Flexibility with Video/Photo Consultations
To accommodate different needs, we offer video or photo consultations. This option is designed to make it easier for you to get the service you need, even if you can’t be present in person.

AGMTS Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all jobs conducted by A Good Morning Tree Service, unless otherwise specified
Insurance by Contractor
A Good Morning Tree Service is fully insured for liability related to injury to persons or property. Certificates of coverage are available upon request and will also be attached to your official estimate.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an onsite appointment with us with no fee, if you give us 24 hours notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Completion of Contract
A Good Morning Tree Service strives to meet all agreed-upon performance dates but is not liable for delays due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. Such delays do not relieve the authorizing party of their obligation to complete the contract.
Tree Ownership
The authorizing party guarantees that all trees listed for work are on their property or that they have obtained the necessary permission from the property owner. If there is a mistake in identifying tree ownership, the authorizing party agrees to indemnify A Good Morning Tree Service for any resulting damages or costs.
Property owners are legally permitted to authorize work, such as trimming, on any part of a tree that extends into their airspace (i.e., the area extending onto their legal property line). Conversely, if a tree originates on your property but has branches extending into a neighboring property, written permission from the neighboring property owner is required for any work performed on the neighbor’s property or in their airspace. All estimates provided are strictly for trees and branches within your property boundaries, including your airspace, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the estimate.
Safety
All arboricultural operations will comply with the latest ANSI Z133.1 safety standards. The authorizing party agrees not to enter the work area during operations unless authorized by the crew leader.
Stump Removal
Unless specified in the proposal, stump removal is not included. Standard grinding depth is 4-6 inches below ground level, with deeper grinding available upon request. Grindings and shavings are not removed unless specified. Surface and subsurface roots beyond the stump are not removed unless specified.
Please note that while we take precautions to prevent damage, the stump grinding process can sometimes cause debris to be flung. Although rare, this can potentially result in damage to nearby windows, structures, or other property. A Good Morning Tree Service is not responsible for damage caused by debris during the stump grinding process. We recommend that you take any necessary steps to protect vulnerable areas before we begin the work.
Concealed Contingencies
Additional work or equipment needed due to unknown foreign material or conditions not apparent during estimation will be charged on a time and material basis. A Good Morning Tree Service is not responsible for damage to underground systems unless these systems are accurately mapped and provided by the authorizing party before work begins.
Driveways/Sidewalks
While efforts are made to minimize damage to driveways and sidewalks, A Good Morning Tree Service is not responsible for repairs if our equipment causes settling, cracking, or other damage.
Utility Lines
Electric companies are the only entities permitted to work within 10 feet of the top electric lines between poles. We are authorized to perform clearing work around insulated drop lines (lines running from pole to ground/house). The lower lines between poles are typically telephone and internet lines, and we are authorized to perform work around these lines.
Clean-up
Clean-up includes the removal of wood, brush, and raking or blowing of the affected area unless otherwise noted.
Lawn Repair
Efforts will be made to minimize disturbances to lawns. Lawn repairs are not included in the contract price unless specified. A Good Morning Tree Service is not responsible for damage to lawns, turf, or other landscaping.
Terms of Payment
The authorizing party agrees to pay in full within 30 days of work completion unless otherwise noted. Late payments may incur a finance charge of 5.00% per month.
Returned Check Fee
A fee of $45.00 (or the amount charged by the bank) will be charged for all returned checks due to non-sufficient funds.
Media Release
A Good Morning Tree Service may take pictures and record video/sound during jobs for training and promotional purposes. The authorizing party grants the right to use, publish, and reproduce this media without compensation.
Yard Sign
A Good Morning Tree Service sign may be left in your yard upon completion of work. If you are satisfied with the job, we kindly ask you to keep it up for 2 to 4 weeks. You may call us to retrieve the sign after 2 weeks.
By engaging A Good Morning Tree Service, the authorizing party agrees to these terms and conditions.
